RepBuddy is wholesale distribution software: orders, warehouse, invoicing and the money side, in one system. This page is about the part you can't see on a feature list — how the thing behind the screen is operated.
Built close to the people using it
RepBuddy is built by a small team, and the same people who build it answer the contact form. There is no call centre and no sales department between you and someone who can change the product. Most of what's in the system today exists because a distributor asked for it — usually that week.
How it's run
- Your data leaves with you. Orders, invoices, customers, products and every report export to CSV or Excel, and there's an API with keys and webhooks. No exit conversation required.
- Backed up every night, encrypted. Database and uploaded files both, copied off the server, kept fourteen days — and the restore has been tested end to end, because a backup that's never been restored is a hope, not a backup.
- Encrypted in transit, everywhere. The site and the app are HTTPS-only.
- No advertising trackers. Not on this site, not in the app. The one cookie keeps you signed in.
What you won't find here
No client logos, no star ratings, no "trusted by 10,000 businesses". We haven't collected reviews, so we don't show any. The pages on this site describe what the software does today — including, on every feature page, a plain list of what it doesn't do. The fastest way to judge RepBuddy is not this page: it's a walkthrough with your own catalogue loaded, which takes an import and about half an hour.
