Stage 03 — picked and packed

The warehouse works off the screen, not a printout.

Orders queue up, a picker claims one, and every line is scanned against the order. What's short gets recorded as it happens instead of being discovered by the customer.

Claim and pick

Orders sit in a queue. A picker claims one so two people never pick the same order.

Scan to confirm

A scan-and-confirm screen for each line, which flags the wrong item as it is picked.

Shorts adjust the paperwork

If there are only four, the four go on the order and the invoice is corrected to match, automatically.

Bin locations

Where the stock physically is, so a new picker isn't hunting.

Packed and ready

The office Packed and Ready screen updates the moment an order is finished, without anyone walking to the back.

Works on a phone

The camera is the scanner. No handheld terminals to buy.

What it doesn't do

  • It isn't a full warehouse management system: no wave picking, no automated slotting, no conveyor integration.
  • It doesn't drive label printers or carrier accounts for parcel shipping.
