Terms of service.
Written in plain language on purpose. If anything here is unclear, ask us before you rely on it.

1. The agreement
By creating an account or using RepBuddy you agree to these terms, on behalf of yourself and the business you sign up. If you don't agree with them, don't use the service.
2. The service
RepBuddy is software for running a wholesale distribution business: orders, products and pricing, warehouse, invoicing, payments and receivables, purchasing and reporting. What your subscription includes is set by your plan; features differ between plans and the plan pages describe them.
3. Your account
Keep your sign-in credentials safe, and choose carefully who on your team gets which role — the roles and permissions inside the product exist so you can. You're responsible for what happens under your business's accounts.
4. Your data
The data you put into RepBuddy is yours. We host and process it to provide the service — nothing else. You can export it at any time (CSV, Excel, or the API), and if you leave you can take everything and ask us to delete the rest. The privacy page describes this in detail.
5. WhatsApp
WhatsApp ordering works by connecting your own WhatsApp number by scanning a code, the way WhatsApp Web works — it is not the official WhatsApp Business API. Your number stays yours, and WhatsApp's own terms apply to it. RepBuddy paces and caps outgoing messages by design to protect your number, and honours STOP requests, but WhatsApp decides its own enforcement and a restriction from WhatsApp is outside our control.
6. Billing
Plans are priced per business, as quoted to you. Where a plan includes a trial, the trial length is stated on the plan. Prices for new terms can change; we'll tell you before a change affects you.
7. Acceptable use
Don't use RepBuddy to break the law, to send messages to people who have opted out, to attack or overload the service, or to build a competing product from it. Access is for your business — don't resell it.
8. Changes and availability
We ship improvements continuously and may add, change or retire features. We work to keep the service available and back it up nightly, but no software runs without interruption and we don't promise it will.
9. Liability
RepBuddy is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect losses (lost profits, lost data you didn't export, business interruption), and our total liability is capped at what your business paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
10. Changes to these terms
When these terms change, the date at the top changes with them, and meaningful changes will be flagged to account owners. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
11. Contact
Questions about these terms: use the contact page — it reaches the people who build the product.
