RepBuddy

Stage 01 — the order arrives

Your customers already message you. Now it becomes an order.

A shop owner sends "need 5 cases of the blue razz" at eleven at night, or a photo of an empty shelf, or a voice note in the car. RepBuddy reads it — voice notes included — prices it against your catalogue, reads it back, and places the order when they reply DONE.

How it works

  • You connect your own WhatsApp number by scanning a code.
  • A customer messages it — typed, a photo, or a voice note.
  • The message is matched to that customer and their pricing.
  • Your team sees the conversation, with each chat flagged by where its order has got to.

The promotions side

The same number sends your promotions — or a second number, kept separate from the one taking orders.

  • Campaigns that send one at a time, spaced out, with a daily cap.
  • Anyone who replies STOP is removed and stays removed — unless you deliberately override it for one campaign.
  • Branded flyers built from templates, with your logo, address and number.
  • Your whole catalogue as pages to send, or a PDF to print.

What it doesn't do

  • It doesn't reply to strangers. If a number isn't one of your customers, the agent says nothing at all — no "who is this?", no automated greeting. The one thing it answers anyone is STOP.
  • It doesn't guess. Nothing is placed until the customer replies DONE to the priced order the agent reads back to them — and that order then goes straight into your list, ready to pick.
  • It isn't the WhatsApp Business API with template approvals. You connect the number you already use, and it behaves like a person using WhatsApp — which is why promotions are paced rather than blasted.
