RepBuddy

Stage 04 — invoiced and paid

Invoices that look like yours, and an A/R that's current.

Orders your team writes, and orders customers place on WhatsApp, raise their invoice automatically. It carries your own layout and a link the customer can open without an account.

Getting paid

  • Email the invoice PDF to the customer with one click, from your own business identity.
  • Record payments and deposits against invoices.
  • Credit memos when something goes back.
  • Statements per customer, on demand.
  • Ageing that tells you who is 30, 60 and 90 days late.

Your invoice, your design

The invoice designer lets you lay out your own template — your colours and fonts, the fields you care about, the wording underneath. If you run more than one company, each gets its own. RepBuddy's mark stays on every invoice.

Terms and credit limits live on the customer, so the person raising the order isn't the one deciding whether a store can owe you more money.

Month-end for your accountant

Pick the documents — invoice and payment registers, A/R and A/P ageing, the tax summary, the full journal of every debit and credit — and RepBuddy emails them to your accountant as one package of spreadsheets: monthly on a day you choose, or the moment you press send, after you've reviewed every file. Or hand them a read-only link and they download what they need themselves. Either way your accountant needs no login and no new software, and you decide exactly what leaves.

What it doesn't do

  • No chart of accounts to maintain, no payroll, no tax filing. The double-entry bookkeeping runs underneath so your A/R is always right, but this is not where your accountant closes the books.
  • It doesn't sync to QuickBooks. You can import your product list out of QuickBooks to get started, but the invoicing here stands on its own — and at month-end your accountant gets the books as files, not a login to learn.
