Questions people ask before buying

Can we move our products in from what we use now?

Yes — CSV or Excel, including an item list exported from QuickBooks. Most catalogues come across in one import.

Do we have to change our WhatsApp number?

No. You connect the number you already use by scanning a code. You can also keep a second number just for promotions.

What happens to our data if we leave?

It's yours. Everything exports, and there's an API with keys and webhooks if you want it pulled out automatically.

Does it replace our accountant?

No — it feeds them. It handles invoicing and receivables and keeps the double-entry books behind them; there's no payroll and no tax filing. At month-end you email your accountant a package of registers, ageing reports and the full journal — on a schedule or with one click — or hand them a read-only link. No login, no new software on their side.

Can our reps use it without training?

The rep side is deliberately small: their customers, their prices, write an order. The depth is on the office side.
