Orders & approvals
Every order in one place, however it arrived.
Written by a rep, messaged on WhatsApp, or pasted in from an email — it lands in the same list, priced for that customer.
Order inbox
Paste an order that arrived by email or text. It becomes a reviewable draft that a person confirms — never a live order on its own.
Quotes
Send a price before it becomes an order. Accept it and it turns into an invoice.
Approvals
Customer orders from the portal can wait for someone to approve them before the warehouse sees them.
Priced automatically
Tier prices, promotions, minimum quantities and case packs are applied wherever the order came from — the app, the inbox, or WhatsApp.
Credit and terms
Terms and limits live on the customer, not in the head of whoever is taking the order.
Edits reach the invoice
Change an order after its invoice went out and the invoice is reversed and re-posted under the name of whoever changed it.
What it doesn't do
- An order pasted into the inbox always waits for a person to confirm it. An order a customer places themselves on WhatsApp goes straight into the list, priced and ready to pick — that is the point of it.
- No EDI: it does not exchange order documents with a trading partner's system.
