RepBuddy

Reps, roles & commissions

Everyone gets the part of the business they are responsible for.

A rep sees their customers and their prices. A manager runs the day. The owner keeps what only the owner should have.

Write orders in the store

The rep works on a phone, standing in front of the shelf, with that customer's prices.

Their own customers

Assign a rep their accounts and their list narrows to those. Leave them unassigned and they see the whole book.

Commissions

Calculated on the money actually collected, in a report you can open any day of the month.

The Manager role

Nearly everything an owner can do, minus what the owner keeps, granted area by area.

Permissions that mean something

View and edit are separate, per area — a manager can be trusted with orders and not with pricing.

Works away from the desk

Installs on a phone, and the parts a rep needs are built for one hand.

What it doesn't do

  • No route planning and no territory mapping. Visit check-in exists but nothing in the app asks a rep for their location.
  • Commission rules are straightforward; it is not a payroll or incentive-modelling system.
