Products & pricing
Your catalogue, priced differently for every customer.
One product list, with each customer seeing the price they have been agreed. Nobody has to remember who gets what.
Import what you have
Excel (.xlsx or .xls), including an item list exported from QuickBooks. Most catalogues come across in one go.
Price tiers
Set a tier per customer. Their price follows them into every order, wherever it came from — and one customer can sit on several tiers, cheapest winning.
Promotions
Run a promotion without editing every price and remembering to change it back.
Minimums and case packs
Sell in the units you actually ship. An order that breaks a case is refused wherever it was written — and a WhatsApp customer is told why, in the chat.
Add products from a phone
Snap a photo, scan the barcode, type the cost and price, save, next. It doubles as a first stock count.
Find by photo
Point the camera at a product. It reads the words printed on the package and finds the match in your catalogue.
What it doesn't do
- It is not a supplier feed: prices and stock come from you, not automatically from your vendors.
- Photo search reads the packaging text, so it only finds a product whose name in your catalogue matches what is printed.
